The Fort Gatlin District holds four main
meetings each month in order to ensure the success of the
district's operation.
These meetings are outlined below.
 |
District Commissioner
Meetings are for Unit
Commissioners and Roundtable staff to discuss unit
service issues and plan upcoming Roundtables
|

District Committee
Meetings are for the District
Committee to discuss and plan upcoming events, review
and work towards district goals, and to coordinate
district participation in Council Programs.

District Key 3
Meetings are the monthly
planning meetings for the District Chairman, District
Commissioner, and District Executive. They are the forum
where the other meetings of the district are planned.

District Roundtable
Meetings are open to all
leaders and parents of Scouts in the Fort Gatlin
District.
It is not
just for Unit Leaders and Roundtable Representatives.
|
We meet on the Third
Thursday of every month, January through December.
Fellowship time begins at 6:30 pm, the Main Meeting begins
at 7:00, and the Breakout Sessions begin around 7:15.
The purpose of the meeting is to give
Scouters information about what's going on in the
District, Council and community. After the general
meeting, there are breakout sessions where adult leaders
can gain skills to enable them to present quality
programs in their pack, troop or crew/ship.
All District meetings are
held at the
Park Lake Presbyterian Church, located at 309 E.
Colonial Drive (Hwy. 50), near downtown Orlando. The
church is at the corner of Colonial and Highland Blvd.
